Full Refund — Cancellation more than 24 hours before entry
If you request a cancellation more than 24 hours before your scheduled entry time, you are entitled to a 100% refund of the total amount paid.
Non-Refundable — Cancellation within 24 hours of entry
Cancellations requested within 24 hours of the scheduled entry time are strictly non-refundable, regardless of reason.
Failure to arrive within the 30-minute grace period from the scheduled entry time will result in the automatic invalidation of the ticket.
No-shows, late arrivals, and missed time slots are non-refundable and result in a zero (€0) refund. No exceptions will be made.
If Park Güell is officially closed on your booked date due to strikes, severe weather, public safety incidents, or government orders, you are entitled to a 100% full refund.
Partial closures of certain areas within the monument (while the main site remains accessible) do not qualify for a refund.
Our ticket price includes the official monument entry fee plus a booking/service fee. This service fee is non-refundable once tickets have been issued, except in the case of an official monument closure.

Once a refund is approved, we will initiate it within 24–48 business hours. Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear on your bank or card statement.
We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback. Illegitimate chargebacks filed against valid, delivered bookings may result in cancellation of pending bookings.
